Description Sub Zero Records is a record store down the street from the everyday arcade. In contrast it’s a very quiet area. When you walk in you can hear the muffled sounds of whatever might be being recorded in the studio up stares. Down on the ground level though it’s all about individual listening with headphones dotted amongst all of the shelves. The color scheme is a rich crimson and gold and you can find any record you may need. They have everything from Hip Hop to Country to Classical, although not much country just enough to say they have everything. The store is warmly lit and inviting but the people can be cold if you do not already know them. It’s not unusual to see teens huddled around one set of headphones passing them back and forth. The recording studio upstairs is coveted by all the different bands on the island, and you can by some cassettes recorded up there. They are displayed by the cash register by the door.
